The Internet of Money

The phrase “The Internet of Money” was used to describe bitcoin as early as 2013, by many bitcoin advocates and entrepreneurs, including Andreas M. Antonopoulos. It has been used by so many people that it has become a generic description of bitcoin specifically and crypto-currencies in general, devoid of any association to any specific business.

slides of a presentation about conventional money, which uses “Internet of Money” rather in a poetical than a technical language.

you have to discard tweets of people talking about posting pictures of cash on the internet, as in “ppl takin pics off the internet of money nd sayin its theirs”.

at last! a reference to bitcoin as The Internet of Money.
